FIRSTRAND OXFORD AFRICAN STUDIES SCHOLARSHIP TO THE UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD

FirstRand Empowerment Foundation (FREF) has entered into a partnership, for another three years, with the Oxford School of Global and Area Studies to allow an outstanding South African student to study for an MSc in African Studies at one of the world’s foremost universities, the University of Oxford.

    FirstRand will conduct the interviewing and selection process, which will run concurrently with the FirstRand international postgraduate scholarship programme. Candidates will be assessed based on academic excellence, leadership ability, community involvement and their potential to be a destiny changer. Candidates have to apply and be accepted for an MSc in African Studies at the University of Oxford.
